“Anything it takes to make the customer happy”, is Fred’s primary philosophy since he opened the doors of Infinity Caterers, Inc. over 14 years ago. With 25 years of experience in the restaurant and catering industries, F red has certainly learned what it takes to make his customers happy.
After years in the restaurant business and working as the second in command for a high end catering business, Fred created Infinity Caterers in 1996 to put all he learned about satisfying customers through the art of delivering great food and amazing service.
Since then Infinity Caterers has wowed their client with creative new dishes, gorgeous presentations, and a staff that leaves nothing to chance. Providing a new higher end corporate experience and detail oriented private catering know-how, Infinity Catering has filled a niche for many that did not exist previously.
For the last 2 decades, Fred, along with his partner/executive chef Nick Tellie, pride themselves on the thrill of making the customer happy.
Nick is the Executive Chef/Owner of Infinity Caterers. Since assuming his role as Executive Chef, Nick has made the menu his own by introducing fresh, modern, and contemporary styles to the cuisine offered by Infinity Caterers proving over and over again that a quality event is created by an artist who loves his craft.
Nick studied at The Restaurant School of Philadelphia and from there went on to work with several prestigious and award winning chefs throughout Philadelphia. Influential mentors include Fritz Blank of Deux Cheminees and Manfred Bast of The Restaurant School. These mentors taught him the importance of utilizing the freshest ingredients and waking up every day with the intention of pleasing his clients.
Prior to his training as a chef, Nick received his Bachelors Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Scranton.
